In its wild state, the vine is a creeper which grows in an anarchical way. We have to domesticate it in order to produce the better grapes. This work, all along the year, is divided in some steps which are inseparable from the vegetative cycle of the vine, from meteorological conditions, territories and grape variety.

At the begining of the summer, turns the flowers of the vineyard into wine grapes, which will take their definitive color.
